DAIKI HAYASHI(以下「開発者」)は、iOS アプリケーション「kirok」(以下「本アプリ」)におけるユーザーの個人情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー(以下「本ポリシー」)を定めます。本アプリをご利用いただく前に、必ずお読みください。
本アプリでは、以下の情報を取り扱います。

| iCloud (CloudKit) | 動画クリップ・メタデータ・プロフィール情報を、ユーザー自身の iCloud プライベートデータベースに保存・同期する目的に使用します。任意のため、サインインしなくても本アプリは動作します(その場合データはデバイス内のみに保存)。 |
本アプリは独自のサーバーを一切持ちません。動画・メタデータ・プロフィール情報は、Apple 社が提供する CloudKit を通じて、すべてユーザー自身の iCloud アカウント内に保存されます。開発者はこれらのデータにアクセスできません。
個人 (Personal) Room のデータ: ユーザー自身のプライベートデータベースに暗号化されて保存されます。アクセスできるのは、同じ Apple ID でサインインしたユーザー本人のデバイスのみです。
共有 (Group) Room のデータ: Room を作成したユーザー(ホスト)の iCloud アカウントの共有ゾーンに保存され、CKShare の仕組みにより招待されたメンバーが閲覧・投稿できます。Room のホストは、メンバーの動画を含むすべてのコンテンツの保管者となります。
iCloud 上のデータは Apple のプライバシーポリシーおよび iCloud 利用規約に従って取り扱われます。詳細は apple.com/legal/privacy をご参照ください。
取得した情報は以下の目的にのみ使用します。
開発者は、ユーザーのデータを第三者(企業・個人を問わず)に販売・共有・送信することは一切ありません。
ただし以下の場合を除きます。
本アプリは、サードパーティの分析ツール・広告 SDK・トラッキング技術を一切使用していません。Google Analytics、Firebase、Meta SDK、AdMob、その他いかなる外部分析サービスも導入していません。Apple App Tracking Transparency(ATT)フレームワークの対象外です。
本アプリの「kirok Pro」サブスクリプションは Apple StoreKit を通じて Apple 社が処理します。クレジットカード情報・課金履歴・支払い情報は、開発者は一切受領せず、Apple のシステム内で処理されます。
支払いに関するお問い合わせは Apple のサポートまでお願いします。
動画・メタデータ・プロフィール情報は、ユーザーが削除しない限りデバイスおよび iCloud 上に保存されます。
本アプリは13歳未満の子供を対象としたサービスではなく、13歳未満の子供から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。13歳未満のお子様の個人情報が本アプリ経由で送信されたことが判明した場合は、可能な限り速やかに削除するよう努めます。
本アプリのデータはすべて Apple のセキュリティインフラ(iCloud キーチェーン、CloudKit、デバイス暗号化)に依存しています。Apple のセキュリティ仕様については Apple Platform Security をご参照ください。
ユーザーには以下の権利があります。
開発者は本ポリシーを必要に応じて変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリのアップデート、または本ページ上で通知します。変更後も本アプリを継続してご利用いただいた場合、変更後のポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

DAIKI HAYASHI ("Developer") provides this Privacy Policy for the iOS application "kirok" (the "App"). Please read it before using the App.
Content created in the App: 3-second video clips (no audio), thumbnails, optional captions, capture metadata (timestamp, timezone, country code; not GPS), optional nickname and avatar.
Device permissions:
The App has no servers of its own. All data lives in your iCloud account through Apple's CloudKit. The Developer cannot access your data.
Personal Rooms are stored encrypted in your private iCloud database, accessible only on devices signed into the same Apple ID.
Group Rooms are stored in the host's iCloud shared zone via Apple's CKShare; the host is the data controller for content posted by all members of that Room. iCloud data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, share, or transmit your data to any third party. Exceptions:
The App contains no third-party analytics, ad SDKs, or tracking technology. No Google Analytics, no Firebase, no Meta SDK, no AdMob, no anything. Out of scope of Apple's ATT framework.
"kirok Pro" subscriptions are processed by Apple via StoreKit. Payment information is handled by Apple; the Developer never receives card or billing data. Subscription support: contact Apple directly.
Data persists on your device and iCloud until you delete it. Deleting a clip removes it from device and iCloud. Leaving a Group Room removes your access (host retains the data). Deleting a Group Room as the host removes its data for all members. Uninstalling the App removes local data; full iCloud cleanup requires iOS Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Storage → kirok.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
Security relies on Apple's platform infrastructure (iCloud Keychain, CloudKit, device encryption). See Apple Platform Security.
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated via App update or this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
